The Arnstadt wastewater treatment plant required utilisation expansion from 80,000 to 100,000 inhabitants. For this purpose, the sewage treatment plant was expanded and reconstructed and a new sludge digestion plant with peripheral facilities built.
In February 1992, state capital Dresden decided on the reconstruction of the Frauenkirche and the surrounding area. The traffic facilities and outdoor installations were reconstructed and designed by our agency in two phases of construction.
It became necessary to reconstruct and expand the process engineering of the 30-year-old Luisenthal DWTP for the Thuringian Distant Water Supply. The Luisenthal DWTP supplies approx. 800,000 inhabitants.
