Master Planning

We take on all planning and organisational work for the development of industrial, commercial and residential areas. Our aim is to dovetail the technical design of the traffic facilities, the optimisation of pipe routing and junction design with the given structures and the propositions of nature or monument conservation.

The many projects we have implemented have given us a wealth of experience in the refurbishment and relaying of drinking water and gas pipes, sewers, electric and telecommunication cables, and the subsequent design of roads and adjacent areas in commercial and residential areas and in sensitive areas with regard to urban development.

One of our main fields of activity is the development of areas in built-up areas, planned residential or commercial areas, as well as the redesign of old industrial plants.

Our own professional specialist engineers, with health and safety coordinator training, are available throughout the implementation phase of the projects.
